Tail lamp picture of incoming BMW X6 facelift

If you look very close on the picture (min. 0:38) on this video which was released in 2008, before launching X6, you can see the new led tail lamp which will be introduced this year (along with new white led head lamp)

I'm pretty sure that is the new facelift tail lamp because it has the same design like 2010 X5 facelift: two red led bars of light, one shorter-straight and the other longer-comma.
Anyway my impression is that every car maker they know before how will look the facelift version, they only wait 3 years to launch it.

PS: In the same photo, notice the different bumper.

That is concept X6 video. Here is the pic from concept X6 thread of same X6. BMW usually reserves the better designs for facelift, so you may be on to something. But I am not sure the facelift X6 will be this extreme, specially those rear view mirrors. You never know.

Anyway, if BMW want consistent look across X5 and X6, I'm sure that those tail lamps, with 2 led light bars, will be fitted on facelift. Maybe the whole tail lamp will be more darker translucid red and the white line thinner.
