Which oil? 86 5.0i

Guys is it 5w30 to be used in the 4.4 twin turbo? Mine is oil hungry when going high speeds in Germany

Standard oil from UK Dealers is Castrol Edge Professional FST 0w30.

There are a few places selling it retail for a lot less money - but it's still not cheap.
