These are in excellent condition as you can see from the photos. I bought these brand new and installed them for a few months and eventually removed. These never saw any use and were never loaded with anything. There is nothing wrong with them There are no rips to the protective rubber covers and contact pads, no tears, no holes, no cracks to the plastic caps No worn out areas, no marring, no cosmetic damage, and no blemishes Absolutely clean $150.00 Prefer local pick up but will ship at buyer's expense. Yes, they clamp on and tighten via set screw that is protected and hidden by the end caps with the locking key slot.
