High Mileage 2005 X5 3.0 Manual
 

2005 BMW X5 in good shape with 280,xxx miles for sale. Manual transmission, high optioned, aux input, iPhone adapter, OEM roof rack with bike holder, OEM trailer hitch, many spare parts, and includes Bentley service manual and Foxwell 510 diagnostic computer. Black on black, interior wood trim was cracked (like all of these cars) so I wrapped it in black vinyl, and it has a new headliner. Recent clutch, battery, and tires; brakes are good.
Everything works with exception of cup holder cover but will supply a replacement. Bought it as CPO in early 2006 with 11,xxx miles and have owned it since. Didn't check CarFax but one minor accident where someone backed into front bumper while I was parked, repaired with all BMW parts. Another accident more recently when my son hit a deer which required a new bumper, hood, and radiator support; again all BMW parts. Insurance totaled car hence it should have a salvage title although title I will give buyer does not show as such; just being conservative in case NJDMV does issue a salvage title. We have two title changes, first when we moved to SC and car was registered there, and then when we gave car to my son who again registered it in NJ. Have all service records since we purchased, any prior are on file at King BMW in Freehold. If you purchase car you must take all my spare parts which includes a spare front bumper and F/R bumper core supports. SOLD! Thank you Xoutpost and all the forum members. It has been a great 18 year run with my X5. Hated to part with it but sold it to an enthusiast who wanted a manual and wasn't turned off by the miles. You have all helped me maintain this Bimmer in great shape, mostly by myself but with some help from Flemington BMW. It was pampered by my wife (250k+ miles), driven hard by son (20k miles), then handed off to me (10k miles) and again pampered. The 3.0 E53 platform really is a the high point in BMW product line and I wish you all the best keeping these cars on the road.
