Guys I'm also selling my 19's that came from my 01 sport package. The 2 rear rims have noticeable scratchs on them but very easy to repair. The rims are still in excellent condition and the Diamaris have about 40% thread left. If you want an affordable set of 19's this is the one. Make me an offer...

But, my guess is that the nom de plume

his Ebay "mkt".

Ahhhh cut him a little slack after all those are a very outdated style wheel with two lips that need refinishing, I wouldn't throw the offer away if I were you:tsk:

Especially seeing I purchased a similar OEM set with 80% of the Michelin left with Zero road rash. Now with that said I got a ripping deal but as you said these are pretty old by now.

They're not old to someone who really likes the style and wants some on his/her X:tsk: They're also not replicas or refinished wheels that were bent all to hell in an accident and are being resold, they're OEM.

These wheels brand new- $525 a piece for the front 19" X 9", $535 a piece for the 19" X 10" rear. Michelins for the front are about $230 each, for the rear about $245 each. That all works out to $3070:wow:

Careful. The day will come when you may want to sell yours. Let's try "vintage", "classic" or maybe even "sought after". :)

Thanks JV!
Don't even worry about some of derogatory comments, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I'd rather take'em to the dumpster than sell them for $500. Like you said the package brand new is over 3K. They've never been bent to repaired and to be honest I’d rather not post at all than post to trash a fellow member's thread. But I guess we're all different and entitled to express our opinion even when it's not sought.

Sorry everyone...No offense meant. My best guestament would be these are worth about $800-$1000. Used rims with hash marks and used tires are just not worth that much on the open market. I'd suggest if you want top dollar that you refinish them before selling them. I think the rims look great on an X5 but Hey...I have them on my rig. Again...Sorry if my post was out of line. This is after-all the for sale area and not meant for opinions.

Won't happen again,

Michael

$500 for your set of wheels is way too low even just the winter tires cost more than that...

If you end up throwing them to the dumpster I'd be more than happy to pick them up... just tell me where the dumpster is.... I could use them in the garage by converting them to tables.... =)

Tijan, I think you'll be better off selling them on eBay...

No offense taken! Don't worry about it...
BTW i'm not really looking for top dollars, but not $500 that's just outrageous!
