For sale: 2003 X5 4.6is
 
FOR SALE: 2003 X5 4.6is (Build date 08/03) with 28,500 miles.
Estoril Blue with Black Napa Comfort Seats, Navigation, DSP Premium Sound, 6-CD Changer, Bluetooth with Sony Ericsson T610/616 snap-in adapter, BMW DVD Generation II Entertainment System, BMW Sirius Satellite Radio (subscription ends May 2005), M5 Steering Wheel (with Black stitching), Brushed Aluminum Running Boards, and new Comfort Glass UV-protected windshield. Original 20" OEM rims and tires.

It has been pampered since bought new. Oil changed every 5,000 miles and just had Inspection 1 done on 3/7/05. Hand washed and garage kept. Never been driven to car wash. Absolutely no dings, no dents, no curb rashes. Two (2) tiny paint chips on hood. Zaino'ed since new and every 6 months afterwards. Non-smoker owner.

KBB value is $54,940. I am offering $53,000/OBO. Please make me an offer it you're in love with this beautiful X5.

IFly, it's really sad to see you selling the 4.6. I just love that color, estoril blue. Best of luck and let us know what you plan for its replacement.

Cory Lake Isles is a gorgeous neighborhood. A little too far away from Westshore, where my office is, but still a great neighborhood. In one of those could-of, should-of, would-of stories, we almost bought a house out there on the lake about 10 years ago, before the rest of the world discovered it. Would have been sitting on a gold mine now. Congrats.

You're right about gold mine... Prices have gone up so fast so much and it's amazing to see those 2 mil+ homes around your neighborhood. Feel like a millionaire living among them :)
