is that the rubber mats? for the cargo to?

There are 2 different all-weather cargo mats. One for sliding load floor and other for non-sliding.

can the intake be used on a 3.0?

The cargo mat is for the sliding floor. 9I have the front, rear, and cargo flor mats)

The intake is for the 4.4 only.
