FS: 2 OEM Star Spoke 87 - 20" Wheels ***(PICTURES ADDED)
 

I have 1 front and 1 rear BMW OEM Star Spoke 87 wheel for sale. Two wheels total. The wheels are in perfect condition but both have one little notch in the metal outer ring. With a tire on the wheel it is almost invisible.

Both of these wheels were dinged in transit and I called the company I bought them from once they arrived and I saw the little dings in the outer edge. They sent me two more to replace the two that were sent intially. Now I have two I dont need. If you are interested pm me an offer.

I will get some pics shortly if anyone is interested but you can figure they are in excellent condition with one small ding in the outer edge that would be almost un-noticeable with a tire mounted. If you cared enough you could get them both fixed for a total of about $100-150 max.

The fronts are a 9.5 x 20 (275/40 R20W )
The rears are a 10.5 x 20 (315/35 R20W)

I am interested in a rear OEM style 87 wheel. I live in zipcode 30092. How much do you plan to sell for the rear one including shipping to me?

Okay I have pictures. I probably over-exaggerated the damage. After looking at them closer I noticed just how anal I really am. Bottom-line, if you had a tire mounted on either wheel the area around the outer edge that the bead of the tire covers would make the small mark on each wheel almost invisible. You would really have to go looking for it.

The 1st six pictures are of one of the wheels and the last four pictures are the other wheel. I took a couple pics ofthe wheel to give the overall look and then zoomed in on the one mark on each wheel.

I want to know what company sends you replacement rims and lets you KEEP the damaged ones!?! That way I'll order only one front and one rear, tell them they're damaged and get the other two free of charge. :)

Yep. For all I know they charged my credit card a long time ago and were going to credit me back when I shipped them back. I have no idea and I dont really care, I just want to sell these things and get them out of my garage.

If anyone is looking to upgrade to the Star Spoke 87's you coudl always get these two and then buy two new ones and you would basically have a brand new set of four at a lower price.

The wheels are OEM Star Spoke 87's. I have a contact at a BMW dealer and that is where they came from. You can purchase OEM wheels through any dealer of your choice.

I still have these wheels. I know people are usually looking for 4 but I have two (one front and one back). Let’s take a look at the potential savings...

Brand new OEM Star Spoke 87's run about $735 for the rear and $695 for the fronts. You might be able to find them online in the $550 range but below that they are not OEM and or are not in good condition (bent, etc.).

Therefore if you buy these two at a discounted price and even if you had to buy two new ones you would be in great shape because the savings on these two. My angle would be buy these two at a reduced price and then purchase an additional front and rear from a wholesaler and you would have a complete set at a reduced price.

IF YOU HAVE YOUR MIND SET ON A SET OF 4, I can find you two more OEM front and rears, brand new, to complete your set. It’s really not that big of a deal. PM me if you are interested...

Just some friendly advice so please do not take it the wrong way, I don't think 2 rims is your problem, the problem is the price. you can justify your price if the rims had tires if with no tires they are too expensive.

Did I quote a price somewhere in here? Also, what price can you get them for? Quantify what you mean by "price."

First tell me what you can get them for new without tires and then you let me know what you think they are worth. Then we might have something useful.
