2001 X5 3.0 with full 4.6is kit & 22" rims
 

I unfortunately have to part with my beloved X5. Here's all the info. 2001 X5 3.0 with the full 4.6is kit (great look, great gas mileage) in silver/black. This one has every possible option that could be ordered including: sport seats, heated seats & mirors, widescreen navigation, integrated phone, full voice command, harmon kardon stereo, cd changer, xenons,park distance control (front & rear), class 3 tow hitch, aluminum running boards, air suspension, headlight washers, rain sensing wipers, auto dimming mirror, homelink system, emergency assist, built-in rear door sunshades, all weather mats.
I have also added the following aftermarket accessories: built in radar,custom hideway xm radio in ashtray compartment, custom installsirrus radio in overhead compartment, tire pressure monitoring system, 22" chrome Genx Fusion rims with Toyo Proxes 295/30/22 tires.
As stated above I have also added a full 4.6is kit (all genuine BMW parts from dealer) which includes front bumper valance, rear bumper valance, dual oval exhaust tips, 4.6 badges. Immaculate, flawless garaged condition inside & out. Looks like new. 94k mi. Just had service done including brake rotors, pads, transmission service, & new tires. Ready to go. $27k obo. Can you post a head on shot? How'd you go about clearing out the amber on your headlights?

I had a local sign shop order me some silver adhesive "plastic sticker paper" that was the exact color as my car, I then cut it to the approx shape of the lens, placed it over the amber section and very carefully traced it with a razor blade. My own little creation. I will post a pic of the front when I get into the office tomorrow. Left my car pics in the office computer.

Hard to believe that's a 3.0. Nice work. How do you like those running boards. I've been tempted to order a set. Are those the ones on ebay?

Reduced to $25,000. If I can't sell it for $25k, I'm just going to keep it. It's too nice of a vehicle to let it go for less.

I was originally selling my X5 to get a Range Rover. After borrowing my friends Range Rover for a few days, I decided to keep my X5. That thing just does not compare to the X. I don't know what I was thinking. I'm just glad I didn't realize this after my car was sold!
