Disclaimer: I am a dealer, but personally own two X5's and am a supporter at X5world. I purchased this one because it was at dealer auction and couldn't resist. While the miles are high, the truck, itself, has been superbly kept. Interior is a 9.5. Exterior is a 9.5. Tires are fresh. Oil (synthetic) recently changed. No leaks, stories, or anomalies. Those are cloth seats. BMW refers to this interior as "M-Texture Cloth".

If you look at the pictures, it is a bit short of 99,000 miles.

$28,500 is a super deal on an '02 4.6is, Chris! '02 4.4i's go for more at the dealers with only one year left on the CPO warranty. Miles aren't bad at all [WRONG]. My '02 has about the same. Service records look about right. And it appears to have been originally purchased in central California which is a plus.

What else are you selling?

[Note: I originally read the CarFax with 65K miles which I thought was a recent reading. That was actually an 05/05 odometer reading. True mileage is 99K as pointed out by DriverX5. No service history between 65K and 99K either.]

That's a lot of driving....70-75k would be avg. I just hit 42k on my 02. The price might be in the right ballpark considering the miles.....all in all, it looks clean on the pictures......Phil
