Xoutpost.com - Lease takeover on 2008 X5 4.8i

I am guaging interest here. My wife and I are expecting a second baby and I think are going to need more room than the X5 will allow.

Currently, I have a 2008 X5 4.8i as follows:

I have it on a 36 month lease, of which 24 months are remaining. Total mileage allowed is 39000. I currently have 13500 on the vehicle.

Monthly payments are $850 with 6% KY tax. I have 7 MSDs on the vehicle. My proposal is this. I am looking for someone to take over the lease. I am not asking for the MSD's back at this time. What I am willing to do is sign over the lease, and at time of signing also have the new leasee sign an agreement that would state that at lease maturation, the MSD's revert back to me. I think this is a great deal for someone who wants a fairly optioned X5 4.8i, but without having to negotiate a deal right now. The vehicle is in superb shape outside and in, and basically has a couple of small rock chips from highway driving on the front end. No accidents, no blemishes.
