Okay, here is the deal. 2002silver4.6 did inform me about the price on ebay of $85.00 shipped. Btw, that guy is only selling 1 set. I think the demand was higher than 1 set and we were shipping next day after purchase. We cannot control what others are selling merchandise at especially on ebay. That guys price is indeed a great deal and I cannot compete with everyone.
I went back to my sales manager and asked if we should lower the prices and he did not want to adjust pricing on them. We had almost 10 sets and we just needed to sell them. At first they did not sell because of the generic picture of them. Only after I took the time and effort of removing them from the box and taking a nice picture of them did they move. At least this way you know what you were buying instead of a picture on a box.
I do feel disappointed that we were not able to beat this person price, I like to think I was able to offer fast next day shipping, fast email responses and answer questions quickly and effectively. Maybe there is some added value to that.

I don't see the big deal - if people are willing to pay his price, then he should try and get as much as he can. I ordered from him because I feel more comfortable dealing with the good people on this board rather than some stranger on eBay.

Keep in mind that the eBay seller is also charging $15 in shipping. But I don't blame Drew for anything.

We all have the ability to check eBay before we buy an item. I agree with X5Dawg, I felt more comfortable with dealing with someone on this board. Drew was very fast in his responses to me and he also is shipping the next day, so that is very much appreciated Drew!

Drew shipped me my stuff next day. I'm happy to pay a little more to work with someone I can also contact if there's any problems. I just ordered a trunk liner from him as well.

I do also appreciate 20024.6is trying to look out for fellow board members.

Yeah I appreciate the note from 20024.6is in pointing out a good deal, but what he should have done is just to point out that a good deal exists, in another thread ideally, and not try to rip on someone. Not cool.

There are probably even better deals than the one you found, they just have to be found. Just because seller A is selling something cheaper then seller B doesn't mean that seller B should immediately adjust their price. How do you know what seller B paid for the item? Maybe he paid $120 and is selling them for $125. Or maybe seller A has 10,000 in stock and can sell them for $50 while seller B has 5 and can only do $125. Bottom line, please point out deals and don't try to screw a board member.

Lastly, BMW of Cleveland don't post on this board, are not paid vendors and certainly not premier members; so be nice to those that are.

Oh and btw, at least DrewX5 posted a pic of the ACTUAL liners he's selling. Those guys posted a stock photo and state there are 4 liners included. Nice try but WRONG.

I'm not really mad at you Drew. I agree you did put in the extra effort to sell your product by taking those nice pics. That sold me right away. In fact, I was so sold, I didn't even bother to check ebay. I did however call my local stealer and get price quotes for them. As it stood, even with 20% off list, your prices saved me over $50. So I just jumped on your deal.

Seeing that there was a better deal, oh well. Its said and done. I'm good with it. Its not going to make or break my day. Looking forward to getting the liners and putting them in! They look awesome in the pics!

lol funny i order a black rubber cargo mat from him 2 days after my floor liners arrived also! fedex tracking says it should arrive today. next day shipping gotta love that.
