18” BMW E53 OEM Chrome Rims - Style 69 - Price reduced
 

I am selling a set of four 18" BRAND NEW OE BMW chrome rims for the E53 X5.
They have never been mounted to tires and are brand new in original BMW packaging. These are not replicas or cheap knockoffs....these are the real deal. Center caps not included. Picture below shows what they look like. Actual rims are boxed up in BMW packaging.
The BMW part number is 36116771569

size: 18x8.5

Fits all X5's from 1999-2006. These will not fit on a 4.6 or 4.8 because of the larger brakes.

Hey DrewX5, beautiful rims. Wish I needed a set. In your ad though, technically they are better than OEM, they are "OE". Original Equipment BMW.

Since these are BMW original wheels, the chroming process is done in BMW factory and wheel consists of the following multiple layers: pre-plate, copper layer, semi bright nickel, high sulfer nickel, bright nickel, micro particulate nickel and chrome. The wheel is finished utilizing a proprietary coating specially designed for application on nickel-chrome plated surfaces to help fight corrosion in harsh enviroments.

He reads a lot. This is one of BMW's big deals, and rightfully so, they have found a solution to a common problem (chrome wheels looking like crap after a short time) and they've advertised it accordingly. I even saw a separate pamphlet about it at the dealer's.
