Chicago, north side. I can make it to minny in less than 6 hours.

I believe their less than a year old, yet they have some marks on them from the local car wash. I think i can get them nice and clean with some metal polish.

I want around $400 + stock boards.

Thanks for the offer, however, $400 is too rich for me. I can pick up a BNIB OEM running boards from Morristown BMW for $620 (which include the front and rear flare replacements). Also, giving up my stock boards would bring the price down even more. I think to buy the oem running board and flares is close to $600-700 using the realoem prices.
You might want to try selling them on ebay or craigslist.
