Free to good X5 owner: stealth, silver-coated bulbs for rear turn-signal
 

I have available two (2) silver-coated bulbs for clear rear turn signal lens. You know what the silver-coated bulb does: it removes the egg-yolk effect in the rear turn signal lens. And no, these are not the $30 silver-coated bulbs. They cost me $5.99/ea. at AutoZone (or PepBoys).

Also available are two (2) non-sport package bulb sockets to hold the silver-coated bulbs with the side latches trimmed to fit your X5. As you probably know, the cheap silver-coated bulb have the standard 2-pins (opposing) where as the bulb socket in X5 with Sport Package has the socket for bulbs with offset pins. Well, in order to fit the bulb in the stock bulb socket, you have to file off one pin (not recommended) or spend $30 for the more expensive silver-coated bulbs (from bimmian.com for example). My solution solves the offset pin problems by using the non-sport bulb socket.
