I believe those wheels are 'standard' E70 wheels, which some posters have had success in fitting to an E53 like yours. Spacers or hub centric rings are needed:

Some report no prob with spacers, a few have reported shimmy/unbalanced feel, probably due to cheap or improperly positioned hub centric spacers.

Thanks for the quick reply... I think I'll stick with native E53 wheels...

I'll trade you my 214's and stock Dunlop RFT's, I have 2K miles on mine. Only 1 curb rash on right front wheel, all other wheels are mint. Located at 11365. Please PM me if interested. Thanks
