I have a friend with an e70 who wants his done, (painted white). Have you ever done this? Or is it possible?

Has anybody heard from Tom?, I have sent him PMs and texted him 2 weeks ago he did tell me he was busy with work, then i text the same number the other day and i get a messege that i had the wrong number.
