These are the fender flares that came on the LeMans Blue Special Edition 3.0d in Europe.

The kit includes front and rear flares (rears are identical to 4.6is/4.8is) and all necessary clips and hardware.

I purchased these new for installation on my 4.8is but messed up and ordered a set for running board equipped X5s.

So IF you have running boards, these are for you!!

These flare out to accommodate the added width of the aluminum tread plate.
