FS: E53 2000-2006 Lemfoerder Front Control Arms
 

Up for sale brand new OEM Made in Italy Lemfoerder Control Arms for E53 from 2000-2006, 3.0,4.4&4.6. If you are interesting, please PM me.

BMW part names are so confusing. I always thought of those as the "thrust arms" or "ball joints" rather than control arms.

I just put in my passenger side and may just go ahead and do the drivers side, if you're open to splitting them up.

They technically are the "thrust arms", or the forward control arm. There is a separate ball joint that pops in the other end of them, which is completely different than the "rear control arm" of the front, which is also called a "wishbone" and has the ball joint integrated in the arm.

Yeah, I just installed my new "thrust arm" thinking that was my problem. Silly me, it was the OTHER control arm that I needed. So now I have both new arms on my passenger side !! :rofl:
