For sale is my OEM black cargo cover, 51477135675. Came from my 2005 X5, the cover is new excellent shape. According to REALOEM, this will fit E53 X5 MY2004-2006.

Did your X have reclining back seats or no? It seems there are two different part numbers for the cargo cover. One for X's with power reclining seats and the other for X's without.
