WTB: set of 214 rims in good condition, with or w/o tires

Looking for a set of Style 214 wheels in perfect or near-perfect condition, with or w/o tires.

If tires are on, they have to be High-performance Summer RFT with plenty of tread left and no damage.

I am in the D.C. area.
