Looking for 3.0L M54B30 engine

Greetings Forumers,

Looking for an M54B30 engine 3.0l.
Years= 2002-2005
Models = E46 330Xi, 530Xi, X3, or X5 (standard one will work, oil pans different)
Pickup = Close to Illinois/Iowa border (quad cities area)
Shipping is also acceptable.
