Phillips Silversion bulb for tailight

I installed a set of these silver coated bulbs for the rear taillights in my 2002 years ago, and one finally burned out. Anyone out there have a spare that I can buy?

I would like to pick some of these up as well anyone know the bulb sizes and where the cheapest place to buy them might be?
