Hi, I just bought an 03 4.6is which I installed a drawtite hitch. I am extremely happy with it. I bought it online shipped for $170. Installing was a pain but only because the directions were horrible. I wrote my own installation instructions which would save some one about 3-4 hours of time. Email me if you have any interest and I would be glad to send to you. Drawtite makes two hitches for the X5, one that mounts under bumper and one that mounts mid bumper. It works great.
