anyone in the Tristate trading a vehicle in and want to swap running boards before it goes?

I still have the original running boards and flares when I changed mine to aluminum running boards. PM me if you are interested.

I'd like to add the aluminum running boards, if you read the posting I'd like to find someone who might be trading their X and obviously the dealer will not offer more money bc you put the running boards on so I would take them off and swap the stock boards and arches from my X on there.

Or perhaps someone who doesn't want the aluminum boards for whatever reason and I'd do the swap. Not interested in stock as I already have it

Are you looking for the Stock Wheel arches, not the flared ones??

If so, I have the takeoffs off my 2011 when I put the flared ones on if that will work for you?

Thanks Harry but need E53 fitment, and looking for someone who has the brushed aluminum boards but doesn't like them and wants to return to stock.

Could always wait for the ones i bought to come in lol. Dont know whats takin them so friggen long.

That pisses me off when you try to order from a US seller and have to wait for them to get the order from China or whatever anyway, really grinds my gears.

Maybe they will show up after you pay back people you owe money to, instead of spending money on new parts.

Still would love to find an X5 parting out with OEM running boards, or someone who wants to swap that is either trading in, or doesn't like them, BUMP!

I'm bumping this as I've given up on finding a gently used set overseas, guys in the UK break X's down all the time but the shipping is just not worth it. And currently can't bring myself to fork down the $750 for a brand new set from dealer.

If you're within the Tristate and bought an X recently with RB's and don't like them, OR if you have them installed and are planning on selling or trading in to a dealer please let me pay you $$$ plus my own time in labor to perform the swap.

Bump - Updated as I'm willing to pay a finders fee since I am having zero luck with Car Part interchange and local breakers, Craigslist breakers etc (and obviously used sets on Ebay are nonexistent) - shipping from overseas is not going to happen either -
