FS: BMW Bluetooth ULF Module (-552)

I have posted my BMW Bluetooth ULF Module on ebay (see link below). This is a 1st generation BMW Visteon Bluetooth ULF Control Module
part number: 84 21 6 934 552

The module is from a 2004 330i E46. It should fit 3 series E46 cars (manufacture date 3/2002 through model year 2004) and X5 E53 (4/2002 manufacture date and on) and E39 5 Series (3/2002 manufacture date till model year 2004). The part is used, but only about 6 months old and is fully functional. Retail at a dealer is $435. I have only the ULF module for sale, NOT the iinstallation kit (Bluetooth antennae, the mounting bracket, screws, etc).
