I leased a BMW X5 4.4i for 39 months and as of now have 30 months remaining. I pay $641 per month. You can assume this lease for marginal transactions costs. The car is the same as the 2006's and you're getting to do a 2.5 year lease for at least $200 a month less than starting new or what you'd be paying for a modestly equipped 3.0. The car has 8,000 miles on it and a mileage allowance of 39,000 so you have a 1,000 a month left, after you take over the lease you can restructe the lease for more miles with BMW Financial Services and you can buy extra miles for 16 cents per mile, if you wait till the end the penalty is 20 cents a mile. Bumper to bumper warranty and maintenance for 48 months or 50,000 miles will transfer as well.
I have a $700 secuity deposit with BMW Financial Services that has to stay with the lease so i would just be looking to be reiumbursed for that alone.
***2005 BMW X5 4.4i MSRP was $63,145 Black Saphire Metallic on Black Leather. Standard Equipment: Park Distance Control, Xenon Headlights, and much more. Optional equipment: $2,500 Premium Package (Panorama Moonroof, Auto Dim, int/ ext mirros w/ compass, BMW Assist w/ Bluetooth, adjustable rear seat back, $750 Cold Weather Package (Heated Front Seats, Headlamp Washer, Ski Bag) $400 Rear Climate Package (Privacy Glass & Rear Door Sunblinds) $1,600 Sport Package (Sport Suspension, Sport Steering Wheel, 18" Star Spoke Wheels, Sport Seats, Black Headliner, Shadowline Trim, Black Chrome Exhaust) Titanium Colored Grilles) $150 Heated Steering Wheel, $350 Heated Rear Seats, N/C Anthracite Maple Wood Trim,$1,800 Navigation, $1,200 Premium Sound, $400 Servotronic Steering (only available on factory orders) $500 Adjustable Ride Height. Included in the auction is BMW Factory 6-CD Changer installed. The picture below was taken with the rims that i had purchased seprately from the Factory Order. A picture of the 18" Sport package wheels that it will come with are below. The 20" wheels shown on the truck are original BMW star spoke #87 wheels that retail with these tires in the current BMW X5 accessory catalog for $2,860 for rims alone and $4,000 with tires, the rear tires have seen better days and the fronts are fine. Also just powercoated in AMG silver so the finish is all new. They are not being included but i am willing to to be very reasonable about them if they are something you want to own but i'm happy to sell those on my own. BMWFS has let me know this is typically a 30 day process to complete a lease assumption, my new car i ordered should be here on May 15th so i would like to transfer as close to that date as possible but i am open to sooner or later than that.
I'm going to put this on lease trader shortly but figured id take a quick shot here.
