OK, the more I look at this bumper closely. It's definitely OEM and is used. It has all the markings inside the bumper, BMW emblem, etc... It does however seem to be primed by someone other them BMW. There are no crackes in the bumper, both inside and outside look fine. All the mounting tabs are perfect. I took some more detailed pics. The only flaws are the holes for a front plate and a very minor scuff, both are shown in the pics below. Sorry I didn't take a closer look before hand. It was is my garage since I bought it and I haven't really looked at it this closely.
