No - the ULF will replace Assist.

Did you ever sell this unit. I assume it worked with your BB 8830. I didn't think that the 8800's worked with bmw bluetooth. Is this false?

It worked perfectly with the BB, I simply moved to the iPhone since we are heavily into iPod integration and had some tests to perform with the device.

ULF is still for sale.
