NO LONGER For Sale: 2004 X5 4.4i

The CEO DECIDED TO KEEP IT.

FOR SALE:

$24,000
2004 X5 4.4i
43,500 miles (as of 1/21/09)
Silver w. Black Leather
Tons of options--Premium, Sport, Cold, Rear Climate, DSP, Nav, PDC, 19" wheels, running boards, AUX input, Bluetooth, OEM Sirius, Stealth1, CD Changer, 17" snows, rubber mats, M Sport Steering Wheel

Very clean car, 3,000 miles on the front brakes, rears are 6,000 miles old

Have the title in hand now. Waiting for the right (and best) offer. Would rather not sell to a dealer and do not want to part out the car. Edmunds has the car at $25,000ish, not including the snows and rims, BT, Sirius, CD, V1 and S1 install and running boards. I'm not looking for the best offer, I am looking for a simple and painless sale with a reasonable offer.

For now, there are a few in my gallery. X5world - X5world Gallery - My X

Check with your local MVA/DMV first about what it takes to title a car in your area, that way you will know exactly what paperwork a buyer would need from you as a seller.

In MD:

Yes you'll need the title, signed by you and clear of any lien.
The car would have to be state inspected (you could do this as a seller or leave it up to the buyer)
Bill of Sale as usual
You can sell it outright anywhere you like (autotrader.com/craigslist/etc.)

Bump--I've gotten a bunch of PMs for pics. I need to get the car washed first.

Thanks. Pricing it is difficult. I'm trying to convince myself to keep it. I need another car in Florida--I am down there on business every other week--and it might fit the bill.
