That was an option as the X5 ///M is definitely on my radar. I typically do not keep my BMW's beyond 50k miles...however, i put so much time and effort into the 4.6is that i couldn't bare parting with her. I've changed my mind so often the CEO thinks i'm becoming dyslexic, LOL! I used to buy new, but now i take a more economical approach by buying fresh lease returns. That's probably what i'll do with the ///M, unless the market turns around sooner than expected.

I'm not seeking an unreasonable amount...however, i prefer a buyer who can appreciate the original bad-boy X5 including the tasteful mods and make a reasonable offer. As i mentioned, it's modded to suit certain lifestyles.

Not really sure yet...been on and off the market for a couple years now and test-drove everything imaginable. I sold my high mileage Dinan S2 a couple years ago and purchased this 4.6is @ 40k miles to install the Dinan S3 system. I ended up changing my mind and decided to keep this X as pure as possible.

Fulanito, thanks for reaching out...looks like you put a lot of effort into your X. Unfortunately, it's just not my style. If i decide on a 4.8is, it will be a late model 2006 with similar or lower mileage.

sounds like you have a beautiful X should have no problem finding the right buyer. If you decide to sell any of your upgrades individually please keep me posted. I too have my eye on the new X5m project. I will be excited to hear if your one of the first lucky guys to get your hands on one. Please keep me posted.

The X is currently in the trustworthy hands of our resident detailer extraordinaire, Phil @ detailer domain. I have a feeling i may change my mind altogether when he's done with it.

Bigfish, I've received a good amount of interest on parts so if i decide to part out with anything...my Xoutpost comrades will be the first to know.

Have you ever thought about this.....98% of the people on here already own a X (3, 5 or 6) so maybe selling here is somewhat slow because of that. Your insults to the people on this site are tasteless and pathetic at best. So if I were you I would check myself. Because at the end of the day, you too are on this site........Phil
