You would have to take the enclosure out in order to access rear right tail light. It's possible to reach the bulbs, but it is not easy.

As far as mounting the amp, I have seen many good ideas, but I opted for removing the black plastic fillers next to the spare tire and mounted it there. This way it is out of the way under the cover, and takes up dead space. Plus the battery terminal as well as a grounding source are within inches under the spare.
