X5 OEM 20" style 87 spare wheel
This was purchased new about 8 months ago, it's got some road grime on it, but absolutely no scratches or anything else, the wheel is flawless. I paid about $500 for the wheel from the dealer I'd like to get $250-300 for it. This would make an awesome 20" spare for those with replica or OEM 20's.

Does a 20" spare fit in the spare tire well in the trunk?

It should, the over all diameter of the wheel and tire isnt more than the 17" wheel and tire.

Diameter is close to the 17" wheel + tire but it is wider so the floor would not close down.

Well this is a front wheel, if you put on a smaller tire(ie 255-275) it should be fine
