Sorry I dont have a picture but it is brand new and still in the packaging. I bought this from EAS a while ago and never got to install. It has the cable, documentation/instructions, mounting plate, screws, and cable ties for the install.

Numbers on the packaging

I still have my invoice of $39 for the part and $8.98 for shipping.
