Yea they should fit. Mine did. I Believe at V and S they told me the Pipe size was only off by very little so they added some couplings for me to make sure things will go smooth. And mine was welded on. Since yours is whole you just might be able to get away with attaching the piping directly on.

Should fit, not 100% sure though. I am not sure why they changed the shape of them in the facelifted x5s.

I went on the safe side and purchased a 4.4i exhaust from a prefacelift for mine.

Man someone should really jump on these quick! 250 is such a good deal for broken in Mufflers. And on a 3.0 I lovem!

I'd have to hear it in person, but that is an awesome price for mufflers and piping for a simple bolt-on installation. When I did the Magnaflow 14816's on my 7, I paid $212 shipped for the mufflers and probably close to $100 more for installation.

Besides the quad tips( which opens up the flow of exhaust), are the pipe diameter larger on 4.4 then 3.0?

When i brought it to V and S for the Welding vince told me it was only slightly bigger but still could weld it on. so there is no problem
