e53 X5 audio upgrades

I have a fiberglass copy of the JL audio Stealthbox for the E53 X5 with a JL audio 10W0 woofer in it. It has about 1.5 years worth of use. It has been covered in black carpet. Comes with JL audio Grill. It fits well, and is tight, no rattles.

I also have a JL Audio 1200A mono Amp

Also a factory BMW 6 disk changer (with cartridge)

I would like to get $400 plus shipping for all 3.

I will throw in for free a tan factory BMW rubber cargo liner in good condition.

All the items were removed in excellent working condition from my X5 2 weeks ago when I traded it in.
