OP, could you please give us an update of what's still available? It would be much easier to keep track of it all in one location instead of wading through 100 or so posts. It would help you move parts, too, as they would be more easily visible.

To be clear, I am asking because there is a bunch of stuff I am interested in.

Agree, a list of what is still available, or on a contrary, a list of what is NOT available would be useful - I saw that engine was available at one point, and then i saw that OP was going to put M62 into his M3 - was it the M62 from the donor X5? so, the engine is not available anymore?
