$4000 DOWN or best offer to let you take over this lease. There will be $450 non refundable fee that will be charged by BMW Financial Services to process this lease transfer. I will split this fee with you when lease assumption process is over. The total process will take about a month and during this time, I will park the vehicle and it will no longer be driven.

If 10k a year is no enough for you, you may choose more miles but your payment will go up. The good thing is that BMW FS will let you do that.
