Title in-hand

For sale is my 2002 BMW X5 4.4i Sport. This has been my road trip SUV for a while now. She currently has 154,400 miles and is not being driven at the moment. I start her up and take her around the block once every three days or so.

I purchased another E70 X5 4.8i Sport a few years back but I decided to keep her to take long trips in. She is has been a very reliable and never left me stranded. I do not travel as often by SUV/CAR nowadays so I don't really need two SUV's.

I have kept her in great working order when she needed repairs.

CarFax and AutoCheck will report a clean car. I have a clean title on her as well and is ready to go to a new home.

I originally listed her for the average price in my area at $9500.00. But I was out of town for over half of the time for the listing and the calls that I did get were strange calls, people not financially ready to make the purchase and crazy people.

I haven't sold a car on Craigslist or Autotrader in a while but I can see how patient and tolerant of certain people one must be in order to not just trade the car in or sell it to a wholesale.

I am asking $9000 on this car and I think the price is fair considering what I have seen on the market and the extras that are on this car.

I performed some maintenance when I could and had time.

The A/C blows very cold. All the pixels in the dash are good.

I have fixed what needed to be fixed on this SUV.

The Bad:

Battery Indicator Light is on - I had this checked out by my BMW Master Tech and the circuit seems to be bad but not the charging system. He traced the wires that would light the Battery Indicator and it is getting power correctly.

This issue can be resolved but it would require that they open up the cluster. I didn't want them to break or damage the cluster accidentally while tampering with it. So I left it alone.

Please give me a call at 4 zero 4 - 277 - 0125 or email at khanh970 at outlook.com

The SUV is very smooth on the Hwy and pulls very strong.

Thank you for your time.
