looking for a damaged x5 4.6is with a good motor to swap into my e39...

Definitely completely the opposite of what you're looking for but if you're interested I'm selling my Dinan supercharged 4.6iS, runs and drives, it my daily at the moment, lots of maintenance. PM me if you're interested. GL on your search.
