WANTED: Estoril blue 2004 4.8is

Must have low miles, 30-35k or less please. No accidents or paintwork imperative.

Black or creme interior, comfort seats, navigation and panoramic roof are what I want. Load floor or not doesnt matter to me.

There are a handful of these out there. Not interested in any other color, thanks

You're In Luck!

Located at my dealer here in NJ. I saw it up close last week, she looks perfect. Ask for FRED and tell him Ken Freiberg told you about it!

FYI- the 4.8is was not offered in Estoril Blue, it was only offered in LeMans Blue. The predecessor, the 4.6is, was the only X5 you could get in Estoril Blue.

In order for an estoril blue 4.8is you need to buy it new under the bmw individual program.

If you guys search some of my threads, there is info regarding Estoril 4.8's. During the switchover from 4.6 to 4.8 a few of them were produced 'standard' (ie NOT individual orders) in Estoril before the official change to Lemans. They are mostly Jul/Aug/Sept 04 builds... ive never seen any others.

Pictured above is one. I also know someone that owns one, who unfortunately has no interest in parting with. I've seen a small handful over the years. I am very familiar with BMW's so i've done my homework!

In any case, your thread got some free bumps!

Early 4.8is had few bugs and recalls. Your req seems very specific. Good luck.

Thanks!

Unfortunately Im particularly picky.. Was thinking about just buying a black one and respraying it but would prefer to avoid that and find one already spec'd the way I want since there are SOME out there..

if someone finds me the vehicle I buy ill be sure to compensate them as a token of my appreciation
