I have a set of 17's with Michelin Arctic Alpin Winter tires with probably one winter left on them - I live in Rochester, NY and really don't want to ship them but I'm willing to give them away for only $100 so it might be worth it to you to drive here.
They are Borbet 5-spoke rims made for the X5 - I have a 2002 X5 4.4 and they were awesome in the winter and looked good. They aren't perfect but are straight and true with no vibrations. Tires are Michelin Arctic Alpin sixe 235/65/17. The picture shows them as they are - don't have any other pictures right now... Let me know...

I have a set of four 18" genuine BMW star spoke style 210 wheels with Bridgestone 255/55/18 RFTs. Let me know if that would work for you...

I have a set of stock OEM 17 inch wheels with Michilen Pilot Alpin tires 235/65 r17 only 2 very mild winter seasons on them. Plenty of tread left on them, as seen in the pics, one wheel has some damage but they are winter wheels. $400
I'm in Long Island NY and also travel to the NY/PA Port Jervis area every couple of weeks.
