Only part number I found is for a 6-speed manual, you'd probably have to call a dealer and if it is even made anymore I'm sure it would have to be ordered. Maritime trim is rare enough as is. If you need a 5-speed version just buy the $8 insert as they are interchangeable. If its not made anymore I think you're out of luck, would have to buy a plain black leather knob.

Since the E53 has been out of production for 8 years, and the Maritime trim kit was an EXTREMELY rarely equipped and seen option, the things that don't sell as well get discontinued.

A much more popular part the Decorative E53 lower front skid plate was discontinued last year and for the most part those were pretty popular, I can imagine the Maritime shift knob was discontinued a while ago because I can't imagine it sold much.
