Blue book is 19,900 Private Party for a standard denali xl add about $5000 in escalade parts interior and exterior, and about $4000 in misc upgrades ie. intake headers exhaust, lowering kit, 20 inch wheels/tires, tint, taillights, E&G grille. Also a $2000 transferable warranty that ends in 2011/120000 miles. Which adds up to 30,900. So i think my price is fair.
