I feel for you guys. It's not much better here with SF BMW. I am going to start taking my car to check out other dealerships, probably about 30-40 miles away! Just don't want to deal with this BS any more:mad:

Don't take your car to Valencia BMW
 

Ok so it’s been about a month after my car was service at Valencia BMW. I took it in for three things:

• Drivers side mirror was loose
• Brake service
• Oil service

The results:

• Mirror will not adjust fully, it hit the inner top corner of the casing
• Brake squeaks
• On my way home from a Christmas get-together the check oil level light came on. I checked the oil and it’s not only low, but doesn’t show any on the dip stick!

So, I’ll take it back to them so they can fix it but I’ll never go back there again for service.

OK all you Valencia BMW folks who have had problems. Gang up on them. Bad mouth em by letting everyone you know about their attitude. Fill out their cards with a bad report and find additional cards to send in. Remember the squeeky wheel gets the oil. Be nice but fight back and I hope you win. :thumbup:
