Thanks to chilli willi and this site you have recommended me to use this shop and I can not express how satisfied I am with the service.

So, I decided to call up this shop and see if they had time to take a look at my X as the bushings were just about to go.....

Keep in mind the manager Allan (who is looking for a set of 87's or 187's), has a E53 all Dinan'd out....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.....These guys are the only Authorized Dinan shop in Brooklyn.

I decided to drive 100 miles and stop by and just see what the shop was about and as soon as I drove in, I noticed the mechanics were all busy on there own lifts. The shop was neat each mechanic had their stuff together. They have a full DYNO area which is impressive, a waiting room with basic cable and as much coffee as you can drink; on them lol.

One of the mechanics took me for a ride in my own car to see what the issue was, they diagnosed the problem and had the bushing repaired within the hour. All OEM parts and the mechanic actually knew what he was talking about and not feeding me B.S.

It cost me about $300 to change the bushings at Bay Diagnostic yet the dealer quoted me $580 just for labor, i honestly forgot how much each bushing was.

The key to my experience was Allan the manager whom walked me through the issue & he showed me 1st hand what was wrong with my X and didnt say well ya know it would not hurt changing this, that and the other thing.......I HATE THAT WHEN I GO TO INDY SHOPS OR THE STEALER AND THEY TRY TO TAKE ME FOR A FEW MORE BUCKS.

The owner of the shop (Jordan) actually buys his staff lunch which doesnt happen to much these days, I know it doesnt happen to me. Oh yea he drives an X5 also, so does his son. I felt good when I know a fellow X5 driver works on my car when he owns the exact same car.

These guys know there STUFF and will see me again!

It's great to have dealer alternatives...reputable indy's may not be perfect but at least they simply "try" to satisfy you with quality service.

after my experience yesterday, i wouldnt call them indy, they are just like another BMW dealer to me, just cheaper and better... :rofl: :nanana: :bustingup :D

Pretty cool that Bay Diagnostics do Inspection I and Inspection II's just like BMW dealers. I'm looking into having an Inspection II done in the next few weeks by Bay Diagnostics. :thumbup:
