For those of you in NY, I have had good experiences with this dealer for my X under warranty. The new location is right off the Meadowbrook Parkway and they can take you and pick you from the Long Island Rail Road, if commuting to work. They have something like 40 bays in service and have handled all my service issues without a problem. Just my two cents........

What exit off the meadowbrook?? will they give me a loaner if i didn't purchase from them???

I will double check the exit and get you the address but I think its the exit after Sunrise going south. As far as I know they won't give a loaner if the car was not purchased through them.

these guys more than likely will not provide a loaner if you had not purchased from them, not sure how the service is but theres one sales guy who tried to pitch a beat up abused X to me for the same price as i got mine and they havent even certified it while i was looking at it. my friend did have good experience in the service dept though. i forget which exit it is i think its past the roosevelt field mall

Service is very good. New facility, plenty of bays, and courteous staff. I deal mostly with the srv mgr Paul, he doesnt pretend to be a mechanic. They dont push any add'l services, just what you ask for.

Free loaner is only available if you purchased it from them, most likely a 3 series but they have one or two 5 series avail. All cars are washed after service.

If its under warranty this place will suit your needs, if not you will cry at the bill. They are quick to replace parts rather then inspect/fix.
