I have had an issue with my service dept...Most of the time you get one of the service techs voice mail when you need something...I leave a message but never get a response...I have left repeated messages and over a week goes by and no call! I have to just keep calling and calling till I get a human...do all bmw service dept. do this? On my last survey after a service I voiced this...I gave them low marks because of this...Or if I ask a service rep. to get me a price on some work they never call me back with an answer..even when they say, "i'll call you back in 5 min..they never do!"

I had a honda several years ago and they always had someone who answered to schedule services or answer questions..it was a very easy process...They could learn a few things from honda..
