Looks like the weather has finally changed here in the bay. So I decided to take my dirty X

and give her an overdue detailing. After years of Meguiars, I decided to take Autopia's advice and try the Klasse and Pinnacle system.

Ran out of daylight/time today but will apply the Pinnacle coat tomorrow. Here she is so far...

Hmmm... interesting. I really don't want to pay for Pinnacle or P21S. Is this what you use?

How long have you been using it? What are the pros and cons? What made you switch from your previous brand to Poorboys?

Thx

well it was recommended to me by the chap that looks after all our car care question on another forum that I have been a member on for years.

We have tried Zym0l, Swissol, Zanio, Mequairs. Got to say Klasse, P21S and poorboys have been the best so far easy to put on and easy to take off. Also it is the Klasse AIO that I use.

p21s is amazing good stuff you can actually purchase the S100 which is the same exact thing for "motorcycles" i think its just a gimic to charge you more i purchased and used and even compared same stuff excellent result

I have to agree, Klasse AIO produces the best and deepest shine I've seen - and the application is pretty easy with an orbital buffer. I found that using LESS liquid provides a great deep shine and minimum clean-up/detailing afterwards.

BTW: I just got a GREAT wheel cleaner by Meguiar’s - BrightWheels Concentrate (its listed in the Professional Detail line - see this: http://autogeek.net/meguiar-s-wheel-brightener.html
). Not overly expensive, easy to dilute and removed MORE dust from my stock wheels than any other cleaner I've used - and I've used many. One application, and a little agitation with a wheel brush and 99% of the dust is gone in seconds. I've cut my wheel cleaning down to less than 10 minutes per car - we have two dust generators: BMW & MB.

I get my stuff from autogeek.net and they have large sizes for us detail fanatics. Being in Florida, I get my orders overnight - at ground rates.
