Wax Buffer @ Adv. Autopart

10 inch randon orbit 120V buffer is sold for $29. Looks and feels ok. Several questions though, does it even do the job? Does it leave swirl marks? I know the popularity of Porter Cable but they are around $150 and I dont want to spend money on thing like this and dont want to wait for shipping either. I am not crazy about waxing either, I am doing all 3 cars tomorrow, I need to confirm that machine doesnt leave swirl marks. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Test it out on the oldest car first. If it checks out, use it on the X. =)

Any other say on the Buffer?

I had a $30 orbital from Sears. Was no good, had to ditch that and get the Porter cable for $119.

at the minimum go for the porter cable you will be spending more when you find out its not what you wanted.
